Since I transitioned out of my UN P3 job back in 2020, here is how my life had been:
– I finally was able to spend quality time with my mom and my newly wed husband in one location, in Kyrgyzstan and Italy. Unfortunately, my mom had passed away last year in October but spending time with her in her last years of life had been precious.
– I got married to be able to stay in one place finally, instead of constantly moving around and keep having my ‘luggage life’.
– I have been doing what I love for the last five years and more which is supporting humanitarians re-build their fulfilling, aligned lives outside of the humanitarian sector, finally starting relationships like I did, or having families and settle in one place and do what they love.
– I was also able to replicate my UN P3 salary after two years of transitioning and I wanted this financial freedom for my amazing humanitarians so I supported many humanitarians in doing just this.
Since my journey as a life coach, I’ve had the honor to coach humanitarians from over 50 countries now and I feel so stoked about their trust in our work together!
I’ve been also featured as one of the humanitarians who have been able to transition successfully in several big staff and town hall meetings in UNHCR, UNICEF and other UN agencies over the last two years!
And the best part:
– I finally feel in charge of my life, no more victim of my circumstances, no more victim of my emotions (fears, worries and self doubt) and have the freedom to be doing whatever I choose in this life and make the impact I want.
If you feel these are some of the results you would like to make as well after transitioning, instead of just surviving to the next job, then I want you at my webinar!
